Twenty Five, Twenty One’ is a High-teen Series that will make you remember your dreams back when you were still a teenager.

On February 12, the Korean drama, Twenty-Five, Twenty-One will premiere on Netflix worldwide and TVN in Korea. Twenty Five Twenty One (Kwon Doe-un / Jung Jeehyun) is a series about a group of youngsters who lost their dreams in 1998 and their journey to find them. A pair that initially met when they were 22 and 18 years old becomes 25 and 21 years old and begins to fall in love with each other. It also reminisces on the pure and passionate memories of five young individuals who go through a variety of emotions and relationships throughout their lives.

Hit writer Kwon Doe-un, who wrote the k-drama, Search: WWW, wittily explains reality to feel sympathy in with sensational director Jung Jeehyun, who has produced Search: WWW, The King: Eternal Monarch, and You Are My Spring again. Furthermore, with a cast that includes Kim Tae-ri, Nam Joo-hyuk, Kim Ji Yeon (Bona), Choi Hyun-wook, and Lee Ju-myoung, there is going to be a lot of excitement.

Kim Tae-ri, Nam Joo-hyuk, Kim Ji Yeon (Bona), Choi Hyun-wook, Lee Ju-myoung: A colorful and distinct ensemble create the ideal high-teen feel.

In the series ‘Twenty Five, Twenty One’, Kim Tae-ri plays Na Hee-do, a high school fencing player with enthusiasm and dreams despite the fact that her fencing squad was disbanded due to IMF (financial crisis experienced by Korean people in the late 1990s). Even though she faces many difficulties, Na Hee-do is full of energy and enthusiasm to attain her goal. Kim Tae-ri, who has been dubbed “an irreplaceable actress,” will give viewers a comforting sympathy and a heartbreaking impression by displaying charismatic action, strong girl crush charm, and even pleasant and energetic characters.

Back Yi-jin is played by Nam Joo-hyuk, whose family was split up owing to the IMF, but as the oldest son, he took on all of the obligations for his family and became a reporter. With his new role, Nam Joo-hyuk, who has created an excellent acting spectrum with obstacles in cinema and television, regardless of genre, will dazzle the audience.

Ko Yu-rim, a member of the national fencing squad, is played by Kim Ji-yeon (Bona). She displays her amazing personality when fencing, yet she is a pretty adolescent girl beneath her costumes. Kim Ji-yeon (Bona), who has dabbled in a variety of genres, will now appear in the series as fencing player Ko Yu-rim.

Moon Ji-woong, played by Choi Hyun-wook, is an influencer who aspires to be a member of Cyworld today (Korean TiKToK star in contemporary terms). Moon Ji-woong is a one-of-a-kind, trendy, and artistic adolescent. Choi Hyun-wook, who received the Super Rookie Award for his prior performances as Taxi Driver and Racket Boy, will face a new challenge.

Ji Seong-wan is played by Lee Joo-myoung, a top student who, on the other hand, is full of rebellious impulses. Ji Seong-wan, a member of the high school radio team, interviews students about their daily life at school. Lee Joo-myung, who has developed a reputation for delivering exceptional performances in a variety of roles ranging from faithful, easygoing, and attractive characters, hopes to reclaim audiences’ hearts.

Above all, Kim Tae-ri, Nam Joo-hyuk, Kim Ji-Yeon (Bona), Choi Hyun-wook, and Lee Ju-myoung represent teenage dreams with themes of growth, dream, friendship, and first love in ‘Twenty Five, Twenty One.’ Regardless of whose generation they belong to, the series will make them nostalgic. It depicts not only a youthful sensibility but also how young people work together to solve difficulties and frustrations.
