1. No Free Press Release Syndication: We do not publish raw, copy-pasted press releases, uncommissioned wire copy, or free announcements sent by PR agencies, labels, studios, or corporate brands.
2. Paid Press Release Adaptation: We accept press releases from commercial entities (brands, record labels, film studios, PR agencies, etc.) strictly as paid/commissioned editorial features. Every accepted press release is custom-rewritten and adapted into an original, search-optimized story to maintain our editorial standards and protect domain indexing.
3. Commercial Partnerships Only: Standard features, music/movie reviews, brand spotlights, interviews, and link insertions pitched by PR agencies, labels, studios, or commercial representatives are handled strictly as guaranteed commercial partnerships and paid placements.
4. Written & Video Deliverables: Our commercial packages cover both written editorial assets and dynamic video content, including short and long-form video interviews and features, reviews, reels, and social media integration.
5. Evergreen & Omnichannel: Every commercial feature is published as a permanent, search-optimized editorial asset and can be paired with a static post or short-form video amplification across our social channels, upon request.

Independent & Regional DIY Submissions
We remain deeply committed to supporting grassroots art and independent culture, specifically Southeast Asian-based DIY artists, emerging regional talent, and self-funded passion projects.
To balance our commercial sustainability with our commitment to the local art scene:
1. Curator’s Choice (Pro Bono Coverage): Complimentary features and reviews for independent DIY acts are offered strictly at our editors’ discretion. We personally select and reach out to artists we are actively championing.
2. Unsponsored DIY Submissions: Self-funded independent artists without a promotional budget are welcome to submit links. While we listen to incoming music, pro bono coverage is selective, subject to editorial space, and never guaranteed.
3. Submission Format for DIY Acts: Emails must come directly from the artist (not a PR agency). Be sure to have a press release with press photos ready or else you won’t be accommodated.
