Multi-talented singer-songwriter and producer Jake Miller unveils his deeply personal fifth studio album, BALANCE, out now via The Orchard. Alongside the release, Miller announces his Asia headline tour, kicking off this September with shows in Singapore, Manila, and Taipei—three cities that rank among his top global streaming markets.
An Album Born From Reflection
BALANCE marks Miller’s most vulnerable work yet, blending upbeat anthems with raw lyricism. The 13-track project features fan favorites like “A Million Ways To Miss You” and the bittersweet “Rock Bottom”, a collaboration with frequent creative partner NERIAH.
“This song captures that gut-punch feeling after a breakup,” Miller explains. “When you’re at your lowest, and they’re out living it up like nothing happened. It was painful to write, but that’s why it means so much.”
Other standouts include “How On Earth” featuring Chinese artist 王子異 (Boogie Wang) and the tender “Mini You”, which has already become a live-show staple.
Asia Embraces the ‘Balance’ Era
The upcoming tour reinforces Miller’s strong connection with Asian audiences, where five cities dominate his Top 10 streaming markets:
- Taipei (#3)
- Singapore (#4)
- Quezon City (#5)
- Jakarta (#7)
- Kuala Lumpur (#9)
“These fans have been with me through every high and low,” says Miller. “This tour isn’t just about performing—it’s about reconnecting.”
Striking the Right Chord
Between the album’s themes of love, loss, and self-discovery, Miller reveals his own journey toward equilibrium: “Life moves fast. I’m learning to prioritize what matters—family, mental health, and the music that keeps me grounded.”
With BALANCE, he delivers just that: a soundtrack for the highs, the heartbreaks, and everything in between.
