The acclaimed Maho Rasop experience returns this December with a reimagined format, launching its new headline concert series with English experimental rock ensemble Black Country, New Road. The boundary-pushing Cambridge collective will perform at Bangkok’s Search Studio on December 13, 2025, marking their first full-length Thailand showcase since their celebrated 2023 appearance at Pelupo Festival.
Tickets for the HAVE YOU HEARD?-presented event go on sale July 15 at 12:00 PM local time, priced at 2,200 THB (2,400 THB at door). The concert inaugurates Maho Rasop’s innovative “Blind Bundle” program – a limited 3,790 THB pass granting access to three separate shows across collaborating promoters HAVE YOU HEARD?, Seen Scene Space, and Fungjai. Pre-sales for bundle tickets begin July 14 exclusively for previous Maho Rasop attendees.
Since forming in 2018, Black Country, New Road has established themselves as one of Britain’s most sonically adventurous acts, blending baroque pop, post-punk and avant-garde jazz into what critics have called “orchestral rock for the TikTok generation.” Their 2021 debut For the first time and 2022 follow-up Ants From Up There garnered widespread acclaim for their unconventional structures and emotional depth, despite the abrupt departure of frontman Isaac Wood mid-tour.
The current six-piece lineup – featuring multi-instrumentalists Tyler Hyde, Georgia Ellery and Lewis Evans – continues evolving their sound on 2025’s Forever Howlong, which became their first Billboard 200 entry while topping UK indie charts. Local support comes from rising Thai acts Soft Pine (indie pop) and Lepyutin (psych-jazz), both Maho Rasop alumni known for electrifying live shows.

The Maho Rasop Series promises additional international artist announcements throughout July, maintaining the brand’s reputation for introducing cutting-edge acts to Southeast Asian audiences. With the Blind Bundle offering unprecedented access to multiple shows, organizers anticipate strong demand from Thailand’s thriving alternative music community.
