The original “Final Destination,” starring Devon Sawa and Ali Larter, was released on March 17, 2000, igniting a cult following among horror enthusiasts that remains fiercely devoted in 2025.
In commemoration of this 25-year legacy, Warner Bros. Pictures has launched a chilling 25-hour livestream featuring the film franchise’s most unforgettable deaths. The stream began at midnight on March 18 (Philippine time) and showcases a 25-minute compilation video playing on repeat, allowing fans to relive 25 years of spectacular demises for a full 25 hours. Be sure to tune in, as there might be exciting surprises during the stream, potentially offering a sneak peek at the latest installment, “Final Destination Bloodlines.”

Death will once again come for a new group of unsuspecting individuals on May 14 of this year, when “Final Destination Bloodlines” opens exclusively in cinemas. This sixth entry in the thrilling movie series stars Kaitlyn Santa Juana and Ted Briones, talented actors of part-Filipino descent hailing from Canada and America, respectively, alongside Richard Harmon (known for the TV series “The 100”) and the late Tony Todd.

About “Final Destination Bloodlines”
The newest chapter in New Line Cinema’s incredibly successful and bloody franchise takes audiences back to the very origins of Death’s twisted sense of justice in “Final Destination Bloodlines.”1
Plagued by a terrifying recurring nightmare, college student Stefanie returns home to find the one person who might hold the key to breaking the deadly cycle and saving her family from the grisly fate that inevitably awaits them all.2
“Final Destination Bloodlines” stars Kaitlyn Santa Juana, Teo Briones, Richard Harmon, Owen Patrick Joyner, Anna Lore, Rya Kihlstedt, with Brec Bassinger, and Tony Todd.3
The film is directed by Adam Stein & Zach Lipovsky.4 The screenplay is by Guy Busick & Lori Evans Taylor, and the story is by Jon Watts and Guy Busick & Lori Evans Taylor. It is based on characters created by Jeffrey Reddick.
“Final Destination Bloodlines” is produced by Craig Perry, Sheila Hanahan Taylor, Jon Watts, Dianne McGunigle, and Toby Emmerich. The executive producers are David Siegel and Warren Zide. The behind-the-camera talent includes director of photography Christian Sebaldt and production designer Rachel O’Toole. The film is edited by Sabrina Pitre.5The music is by Tim Wynn. New Line Cinema presents A Practical Pictures / Freshman Year / Fireside Films Production: “Final Destination Bloodlines.” The film will be distributed in theaters and IMAX worldwide by Warner Bros.6 Pictures, in theaters only nationwide on May 16, 2025, and internationally beginning on 14 May 2025.
