Universal Pictures Philippines has posted the official contest announcement on their TikTok account (@UniversalPicsPH), featuring clips from the highly anticipated Wicked film. Alongside these clips is an instrumental version of “Defying Gravity” for contestants to use in their duet submissions. All you need to do is record and upload your own performance using this instrumental track.

After the contest closes, thirty (30) talented singers will be selected to perform in the official Philippine rendition of “Defying Gravity” and appear in the music video, which will be released to coincide with the premiere of Wicked in Philippine cinemas on November 20, 2024.
