Following the transition to a solo career after their third album, Jonathan ‘Jonny’ Pierce continues to carry The Drums forward, infusing new works with rich electronic elements and increasingly intense musical content. The release of his 2023 album ‘Jonny’ marked a deeply personal journey for Pierce, who bared his soul through his music.
In previous albums like Brutalism, Pierce openly addressed personal struggles, using music as a form of solace.
