The Vertical Storytelling Award is back for its second year, and this time, it is exclusively for creators under the age of 35. • Vivian Idris, Executive Director of Indonesia Film Board
• Tim Redford, Artistic Director of Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival
• Kenneth Cheong, Singapore filmmaker
