The first of Mixmag’s ‘Mixmag Asia Selects Vol. 1’ series with b2 Hong Kong and ADA, will be released by Mixmag Asia. The album includes ten pieces from the finest DJs and producers of Asia and a wide range of styles ranging from house to techno and bass. In dance and clubbing, Mixmag (UK) is the global leading authority.
The new ‘Mixmag Asia Selects Vol. 1’ was released on August 13, 2021, by b2 Music, a branch of b2 Holdings and Mixmag UK’s exclusive licensee for Asia.

‘Mixmag Asia Selects Vol. 1’ represents musicians from 7 nations – from experienced clubs like Japan’s Que Sakamoto to emerging stars such as Taiwan’s Ray Ray. MixmAgri is a cross-section of the top new Dance music in the region. All 10 tracks of the album are the best and brightest of the Asian dance music scene.

‘Mixmag Asia Selects Vol. 1’ comprises 4 exclusive titles, including “Let There Be House” by Q Narongwate, Thailand. Some of the most prestigious musicians in the world are Soul and House, including Louie Vega, Bert Bevans from Studio 54, Aaron Ross, and Rhemi. The music for your beach vacation is “Let There Be House.” Another tune exclusively included for the compilation is “One Desire” by the leading DJ, producer, and saxophonist Kaye, who co-founded Darker Than Wax, one of the world’s best-known labels. With its funky pace and spanning synthy flair “One Desire” pays homage to the soulful depths of Kaye’s musical catalog.
The album also feats Indonesian artist Bleu Clair, who has been born in the Indonesian world and who has checked in with the hit list and a style that can only be defined as opulent house music for the future. And finally, the Taiwanese RayRay, together with DOLF and Dysomia on “Born To Be Cool” – another Yellow Claw smash from the Barong Family label adds powerful bass to the record.
