GRAMMY®-nominated pop-rock band OneRepublic is back, and they’re doing what they do best: writing anthems that feel like they were built for stadiums, sunsets, and singalongs.

Today, April 6th, the six-piece band released their brand-new single “Need Your Love” via BMG. And yes — it’s exactly the kind of soaring, emotionally charged track you’d hope for from the band behind “Counting Stars” and “Apologize.”

Produced by 3x GRAMMY®-winning writer and producer Ryan Tedder (also the band’s lead vocalist) and co-written alongside James Essien, the song is an uplifting anthem about choosing love over material things. The kind of track that makes you look up from your phone and feel something. Fans first got a taste of the song during select live performances in 2025, and the demand has only grown since. Now, it’s finally here.

🎬 Watch the official music video — set in a dimly lit warehouse, the visual strips things back. No gimmicks. Just the band performing with an authenticity that lets the message of love speak for itself.

But that’s not all. Last week, OneRepublic surprised fans by releasing ‘Dreaming Out Loud (Deluxe Edition)’ — their Gold-certified debut album — on vinyl for the very first time. The special release includes unreleased material, offering a fresh look back at the era that launched them onto the global stage. To make the moment even bigger, the band also picked up 33 new RIAA Gold and Platinum certifications, marking a major expansion of their already stacked catalog.

On the road again. The band just wrapped the first leg of their ‘From Asia, With Love’ tour, hitting Hong Kong, Seoul, Tokyo, Kobe, Singapore, and Taipei throughout February and March 2026. And they’re no strangers to the region — they’ve performed eight times in Singapore, five in Taiwan, four in Hong Kong, and multiple shows across the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. Up next? Headline stadium shows in China this April, followed by a summer run across Europe.

A quick refresher on why OneRepublic is a big deal. Since their 2007 debut ‘Dreaming Out Loud’, the band has amassed over 10 billion streams on Spotify alone. Their hit “Apologize” sold 20 million copies worldwide and earned them a GRAMMY® nomination. “Counting Stars” has moved 41 million units. More recently, “I Ain’t Worried” (from Top Gun: Maverick) boasts over 3 billion streams. And their sixth album, ‘Artificial Paradise’, dropped in 2024, followed by collaborations with David Guetta, Kygo, Jelly Roll, and even an anime theme song for Kaiju No. 8. The band is composed of Ryan Tedder (lead vocals), guitarists Zach Filkins and Drew Brown, keys player Brian Willett, bassist/cellist Brent Kutzle, and drummer Eddie Fisher. Yes, the same six who’ve been doing this for nearly two decades.

“Need Your Love” is out now. The music video is live. The deluxe debut album is finally on vinyl. And OneRepublic is showing no signs of slowing down. Stream the new single, watch the video, and maybe put down the material things for a few minutes. Love, apparently, is the point.
