How to Score Your Free Tickets
Puregold is making it incredibly easy for all Aling Puring and Perks card members to get free tickets. To receive a free ticket, members simply need to make a minimum single-receipt purchase of groceries that corresponds to their desired ticket type. Here are the ticket types and their corresponding purchase requirements:
- VIP Standing with Sound Check: PHP 7,500
- Premium Patron: PHP 6,000
- Regular Patron: PHP 5,000
- Lower Box Premium: PHP 4,500
- Lower Box Regular: PHP 3,500
- Upper Box: PHP 2,500
- General Admission: PHP 1,500
Simple Steps to Get Your Ticket
Getting your ticket is a breeze:
- Get your queueing number: Upon arriving at Puregold, get a queueing number for your desired ticket type.
- Shop for groceries: Purchase groceries equivalent to the value of the ticket you’ve chosen. For Patron Regular/Premium and Lower Box Regular/Premium tickets, P-wallet cash-in receipts will also be accepted.
- Confirm your transaction: Head to the Enlistment and Confirmation booth and present your Aling Puring or Perks card, queueing number, and receipt. Your transaction number will be logged here. Important: Make sure to keep your receipt or take a picture of it, as this transaction number is your exclusive code to redeem your tickets on the Ticketnet Online website.
Only members whose names appear on their Aling Puring or Perks cards can redeem their free tickets via Ticketnet Online anytime from June 9 to June 22, 2025. Be sure to create an account on the Ticketnet website beforehand!
Important Reminders for Ticket Redemption
Members can claim a maximum of one ticket per transaction. However, a member can claim a maximum of two tickets for Patron Regular/Premium, or a maximum of four tickets for Lower Box Premium/Regular, Upper Box, and General Admission. If a member makes more than two qualified transactions, only the two transactions with the highest amounts will be honored.
Guidelines for Minors Attending
If you’re securing tickets for minors, please remember that they must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder on the concert day. A waiver must also be completed upon entry to the Philippine Arena. For the VIP soundcheck section, the minimum age allowed is 10 years old, while other tiers may accommodate children as young as 4 years old.

EastWest Bank credit card holders are in for a treat! Cardholders in good standing can participate in an advanced pre-selling event at participating Puregold branches on May 28. Following this, they can claim their tickets from Ticketnet Online between June 6 and June 8, 2025.
