Globe worked with SoundCloud to give music fans a unique, instructive musical treat with the Behind The Sound music event, which was streamed on Globe’s official Facebook Page on May 27. This was in keeping with Globe’s objective to redefine their subscribers’ surfing experience.

All music enthusiasts and aspiring musicians may share their music, discover new artists, and build playlists thanks to Globe’s cooperation with SoundCloud, the biggest online audio distribution platform and music-sharing website. The partnership strengthens the local music industry and is in line with Globe’s goal of providing customers with the best music and audio content possible.

Behind The Sound was created to encourage and guide aspiring musicians by bringing together industry professionals to share their musical adventures.

Manila Killa, a Filipino EDM producer residing in Los Angeles who co-founded the Moving Castle collective and is part of the music duo Hotel Garuda, talked about how SoundCloud helped him launch his musical career in the hyper-digital era.

CRWN, Keiko Necessario, and up-and-coming artist and Globe Virtual Hangouts GoJAM Winner, Jo3m, were among the artists who performed their original tunes live on the stream.
