The country’s first live KPOP event in two years, Begin Again: KPOP Edition, is less than a week away. Fans and performers NCT Dream, WEi, Key, and Alice alike are giddy with anticipation for the event, which is set to take place this Sunday, May 29.

CDM Entertainment, the concert’s local promoter, has released a series of videos featuring NCT DREAM, WEi, and ALICE welcoming fans in Korean, English, and, of course, Tagalog—much to the joy of Filipinos who have yearned to hear their idols speak their native dialect.

NCT DREAM praises the concert’s lovely meaning in their video, adding that it makes the members even more thrilled to reunite with Filipino NCTzens. Jaemin, the lead dancer, even demonstrates compassion for the audience in a lovely gesture. “Sana okay lang kayo,” Jaemin says in his greeting, alluding to the difficulty of living in a pandemic.

WEi and ALICE, likewise, have expressed a desire to meet Filipino fans. WEi will be meeting Philippine RUi for the first time, and the boys are looking forward to it. Meanwhile, ALICE is ecstatic to rejoin with two new members of Philippine BLRIS.

KEY of SHINee, who is also in the lineup, has yet to produce a video welcome, however. Despite this, he has expressed his wish to meet Philippine Shawol.

CDM Entertainment has posted venue requirements with reminders on what to do on concert day, with only four days till the event. The promoter has also agreed to the fans’ pleas for reserved Upper Box seating (which was previously free) and a larger stage, making the event even more memorable.
Expect additional requirements on CDM Entertainment’s social media accounts.
